Welcome to another exciting year at C. Wayne Collier Elementary School! We are thrilled to partner with our students, families, and community as we begin a new year of learning, growing, and celebrating together.

Our theme for this school year is "Building Excellence...Brick by Brick." Every day, every lesson, every act of kindness, and every achievement is another brick that helps build a strong foundation for our students' future. When we work together, we can help every child reach their fullest potential.

One of the most important ways families can support their child's success is by making attendance a priority. Every school day brings new opportunities to learn, build friendships, and develop important skills. Being at school, on time, and ready to learn helps students stay connected and confident in the classroom.

We are also committed to providing engaging, high-quality instruction that inspires curiosity, encourages creativity, and challenges every student to do their very best. We believe every child can achieve great things when they are supported, encouraged, and given opportunities to shine.

Just as important as academic success is the well-being of every child. We are dedicated to creating a safe, caring, and welcoming school where students feel respected, valued, and loved. By working together to support our children's social and emotional growth, we help them develop the confidence, resilience, and character they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.

Families are an important part of our Collier family, and we invite you to stay involved throughout the year. I am beyond excited to join the C. Wayne Collier Elementary family as your new Assistant Principal! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I could feel the energy, warmth, and dedication that make this school such a remarkable place. Together, we will create a supportive, engaging, and inspiring environment where every child feels valued, challenged, and ready to shine.

My passion for education comes from the belief that every student has unlimited potential, and by working hand in hand with staff, families, and the community, we can help them achieve amazing things.
