North Carolina requires all 7th grade students to receive the Tdap booster and the Meningococcal Conjugate no later than the first 30 days of the school year.  Several FREE clinics are available to CCS families:

September 22nd is the deadline for meeting this requirement.  Families must provide the school office with proof that the vaccines have been administered.  Seventh grade students who have not received these shots will not be permitted to attend school starting September 23rd.
